The staff of Villa Castellamonte are among the most well trained, dedicated and fun-loving villa staff in the Caribbean. They welcome you each and every day to your own very special slice of Caribbean paradise. They are here to relieve you from any responsibilities other than your requirement to have fun!

All of them, there are over 20 in all, are here to ensure your comfort, safety and entertainment while enjoying the luxuries of Villa Castellamonte. Once you have unwound and you want to venture out of the villa to engage in scuba, snorkeling, golf, shopping, casino play or any of the other myriad of activities in the Dominican Republic, our staff will be only to happy to arrange everything for you.

Villa Manager

Villa Castellamonte has an on-site villa concierge dedicated to the smooth operations of the villa and coordination of your every desire. Whether you need to organize a massage, golfing trip or an excursion out to see the whales at the right time of year; our concierge can help organize any event or service you can imagine!

Butler / Host

You are warmly greeted each day of your vacation by one of our highly trained, dedicated butlers (hosts). They provide you the personalized service you thought only Robin Leach could afford. Whether you need a drink while floating in the pool or more pepper at dinner time, our hosts are here to respond to your every need.

Chef de Cuisine

Our chefs come from throughout the island, and even the world, with their recipes or ours designed to tantalize your taste buds and palate. The chef oversees the preparation of the primary meals of the day and ensures sufficient 'snack food' is available for those between meal nibbles. Let us know a few days in advance of your arrival so we can prepare the types of food you desire while you are here. Shopping for food here takes some time so the more preparation time we have the more likely we are to succeed beyond your expectations.

Housekeeping & Laundry

Villa Castellamonte is kept clean and sparkling by a small army of highly trained housekeepers who arrive daily. Each day the rooms are cleaned, washed, polished and the beds made up. Linens and towels are changed every other day or as needed.

If you have laundry, simply place it in the provided hampers and it will be washed, ironed and placed folded on your bed that same day. There are no dry cleaning facilities, though, so make sure everything can be washed in an American washing machine. There is never an additional charge for helping you keep your clothes clean and fresh!

Gardeners & Security

Also helping to keep the villa beautiful and secure are the gardeners and security personnel. The gardeners will tend to the manicured gardens and the swimming pool on a daily basis. Plants grow rapidly down here in the Dominican Republic so frequent clipping, pruning and grooming are necessary to keep the lush tropical garden beautiful and clean. These staff members also show up daily, sometimes early in the morning, to begin their chores. They will stay away from the villa to respect your privacy, however, until they see you and your guests moving around.

The security guards at Villa Castellamonte are there for your protection. The Dominican Republic is a very safe country but our highly-trained guards will always be there should you ever need to call upon them. They will help monitor access to the property so you can relax and enjoy those private times together!

24-Hr Maintenance

To make sure you have an uninterrupted luxury vacation we also provide 24/7 maintenance for the villa. If your air conditioner falters, a light bulb burns out or any maintenance issue arises our extremely professional, highly trained maintenance personnel will respond immediately.
