The grande terrace ("Il Terraza Grande") offers a shady resting place throughout the day. Over 17 feet deep, the terrace is perfect for family gatherings or just hanging out.
Overlooking the pool and ocean, the grande terrace is a favorite gathering space because of the overhead protection.

Another view of the Pisa/Lucca terrace, shows how close it is to the pool, kiosko and putting greens.
The dining area of the grande terrace boasts a massive circular table in hand-carved coralina stone. An elegant place for lunch or an early dinner.

Another view of about one half of the grande terrace shows the stone dining table and the huge overstuffed couches.
The view from the couches, one of which is over 10' long, highlights the massive size of this terrace.

Upstairs, the Firenza suite has its own private terrace nook in addition to the more substantial one outside of the bedroom.
The upper terrace goes around the entire villa, offering stunning views of the mountains and sunsets.
